This machine takes continuously fed cable from the production line or bulk reels and
coils to predermined length on a batch count basis.
Coils are measured during the coiling process and cut to length before being transferred
into cardboard "pizza" boxes which are delivered by integral conveyor.
The machine coils to a variety of inner and outer coil diameters and coil depths.
The machine pictured was built for steel sub-floor heating cables of 6mm diameter but
the machine will handle a variety of materials.
A strapping facility can be added.
