SINGLE AND TWIN CONE FLYER PAY OFFS

Marldon offer a full range of cones for paying off bare wire, insulated or laid up conductors, at high speed over the front flange of the reel.

Features / options include,

Single or Twin Cones
Driven or Undriven Spinners
Sound Proofing
Output hysteresis tensioners

Trolley fitted with castor wheels and foot locking device, or alternatively with flanged wheels running in floor tracks.

Lifting and lowering by means of hand operated hydraulic pump and cylinders.

Free rotating or motor driven spinner ring.

Optional front end two wheel hysteresis tensioner
